Which internet Browser should I be using?

Microsoft Edge is the preferred browser to access all Toyota portals. However, Google Chrome can be used as an alternative browser, if required.

 

Can I request a password reset on behalf of another user?

Yes, only if you are the user’s Line Manager or Administrator. However, you will not be provided the temporary password directly via Call or Email as the temporary password can only be sent to the individual’s mailbox. If the individual cannot access their mailbox, then they are required to contact their local IT for support.

 

I am facing difficulties resetting my password. Each time I try, I am presented with the below error message.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a limit on how many password’s you can attempt to reset it to within a time frame. This is due to a security setting by Microsoft. Therefore, if you have exhausted all possible password’s reset attempts, the only option is to wait for a short-period of time, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

 

Can I call up the Service Desk and get a password reset?

​​​​​​​Due to security reasons and potential impersonation attempt’s, NO password reset requests can be accepted via a phone call.
