This link will take you to this portal. You will be required to enter your retailer Source / IIQ username (e.g., AL42328@partners.toyota.eu) and the Captcha generated code.

Here is a simple guide on how to reset your password:

1. Visit the Microsoft Self Service portal via one of the following links: https://toyotareset.toyota.co.uk or https://aka.ms/sspr

2. Please enter your retailer Source / IIQ username (e.g., AL42328@partners.toyota.eu) and the Captcha generated code.

3. Choose the ” I’ve forgotten my password ” option.

4. Authenticate your account from your preferred authentication method (Authenticator app/SMS/Phone Call/Alternative Email).​

5. Allow up to 5-10 minutes before trying this password upon login.​
